Processing & Turnaround

• Orders are usually packed and shipped within 1–5 business days, depending on order volume and whether your items are made-to-order.

• You’ll receive a tracking email as soon as your shipping label is created (don’t forget to check your spam/junk folder just in case).

 

Shipping Costs

• We do not offer free shipping at this time.

• Shipping costs vary depending on your location. Average Canadian shipping rates are currently $19.50–$35.00+ per parcel.

• We always strive to keep things fair—once your order is placed, we’ll reach out with a shipping quote and confirm the cheapest option available before shipping your package.

We ship with trusted carriers such as Fedex / Canpar to ensure reliable delivery service.

 

Sending a Gift?

 

Yes, you can ship directly to a loved one! 

• Enter their address as the Shipping Address (and your own for Billing).

• Leave a message in the order notes/memo section, and we’ll include it inside the package so your recipient is greeted with your words.
